Food Service Equipment Planned Maintenance Program

When you perform regular Planned Maintenance on your food service equipment it will limit the types of service calls mentioned above and keep your kitchen operating smoothly. 

Our Planned Maintenance Program is A La Carte service that is catered to each customer’s needs. 

Some of the basic checks we perform on a a maintenance are:

Gas Pressure

  • We make sure the gas pressure is set correctly per the unit’s data tag.

Voltage/Wiring

  • We make sure the equipment is on its own dedicated circuit, the voltage is correct and verify all the wires and electrical components are in good shape along with the wire connection points.

Inspect Burners/ Heat Elements

  • We inspect the burners for cracks, food debris and efficacy. We ohm out heat elements to verify proper operation. 

Calibrate Thermostats

  • We will adjust thermostats that are within 25 degs of setpoint temp, past that we recommend them being replaced.
